Jessica is a doctoral candidate in Environmental Policy and Planning at MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning.  She holds a MESc from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a BA in Development Studies from Brown University.  Her research interest is in the politics of climate change adaptation in the Asia-Pacific region.
