Biography

Molly Douglas is Assistant Director of the Science Diplomacy Center at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she is primarily responsible for business strategy and innovation. Her research interests lie in science, technology, and innovation (STI) for sustainable development and Arctic/North Atlantic economic development, with a special interest in natural resource management, energy, and locally-driven market approaches to development. Most recently, Molly developed and presented a new practical approach for coordinating sustainable infrastructure development in the Arctic. Molly previously worked in international development and humanitarian relief on issues including education, global health, and migration. Molly holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's of Science in Foreign Service from the Walsh School at Georgetown University.
