Mark Ells

Town Manager in Barnstable MA since 2016 and began working for the Town of Barnstable in 1989.

Prior to working in municipal government worked as an engineering consultant.

Adjunct faculty at Cape Cod Community College since 2001.

Has served on numerous state and regional committees in representation of the Town of Barnstable.

His education includes a BS in Environmental Engineering, MBA, and MPA

Resides in Centerville with his wife and six children.
