Emily Berkemeyer

Emily Berkemeyer is a second-year Master’s in City Planning candidate at MIT, with a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a degree in political science from the University at Albany. Emily is an ethical technologist with projects and passions spanning topics including synthetic biology, governance, renewable energy, computer science, economics and environmental health. You can usually find her somewhere between MIT and Harvard, if not, she is sure to be rowing up and down the Charles in the early mornings or in the evenings at MIT's radio station, WMBR 88.1fm.
